- Account Information: Name, email, and profile details provided at signup.
- Social Login Data: If you sign in via Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture.
- Creator Profiles: Social handles, follower counts, portfolio links, niches, and preferences.
- Brand Information: Company name, website, industry, and campaign details.
- Payment Data: All payments are processed by Stripe and Whop. We do not store card or bank details.
- Usage Data: IP, browser, device, pages visited — collected via Vercel Analytics.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Create and manage your account
- Match creators with relevant campaigns
- Process payments and payouts
- Send notifications about applications, hires, and payments
- Improve the platform and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share with:
- Service Providers: Stripe, Whop, Supabase, Vercel, Resend.
- Other Users: When you apply to a campaign, the brand sees your profile.
- Legal: If required by law.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for auth and security. Vercel Analytics for anonymous usage data. No advertising cookies.
5. Retention
Data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at privacy@paidclip.work. Deletion occurs within 30 days of account termination.
6. Security
We use encryption at rest and in transit. No method is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Contact privacy@paidclip.work.
8. Children
PaidClip is not for users under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.
